PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE CHUGLI SOCIAL MEDIA APP. BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Chugli for the use of the Chugli social media app. By using the Chugli social media app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Chugli hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Chugli social media app on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. RESTRICTIONS/ OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Chugli has a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory. Chugli reserves the right to remove objectionable content and terminate user accounts that violate this policy.

3. You shall not:

a) use the Chugli social media app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, regulation, or treaty.

b) use the Chugli social media app to infringe upon any person'sintellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and patents.

c) use the Chugli social media app to post or transmit any objectionable content, including without limitation any content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

d) use the Chugli social media app to post or transmit any content that violates the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.

e) use the Chugli social media app to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful software programs.

f) use the Chugli social media app to interfere with the operation of the Chugli social media app or any other user's use of the app.

g) use the Chugli social media app in any way that could damage or impair the Chugli social media app or its servers or networks.

4. CONTENT MONITORING AND REMOVAL

Chugli reserves the right to monitor, screen, and remove any objectionable content posted or transmitted on the Chugli social media app. Chugli shall have no liability for any objectionable content posted or transmitted on the Chugli social media app.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CHUGLI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Chugli be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Chugli social media app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether or not Chugli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the Chugli social media app from your mobile device. Chugli may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Country in which it’s been used.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chugli and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Chugli regarding the App. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of law’s provisions. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Chugli to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign this EULA or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Chugli's prior written consent. Chugli may assign this EULA or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without your prior written consent.
